as for your final whisper... yes, this evening was beautiful Mashallah. then around 11pm it got really windy and at 2am I was running around the house making sure everything was closed tight because it was pouring rain, thunder and soooo windy!!
ugh...and the traffic here has been hell because of the rainwater flooding Sharjah and too many people going from Dubai to Sharjah... I though it might get better in the next couple of days... but no doubt the flooding is going to be worse over there now!!
that being said, i LOOOOOVE rain!! Mashallah :)

Twizzle, poor Sharjah. Insha'a'Allah everyone is safe. I feel horrible for the people going to Dubai to seek refuge. It hasn't rained here, like in Dubai. I wish it did.

i was a tad scared of the weather lol .. i heard some of the villas in my compound had blocked drains on the balconies and their top floors flooded!! eeekk! alhamdulillah ours were fine!

And thanks, I'm so excited about my pen pal...I just heard on the news that the US post office no longer wants to deliver mail on Saturdays -- because of the decline in first class mail -- crazy! I only imagine the day when mailboxes cease to exist!
