Your secret to anti-ageing

• Do not be negative. Find positive sides even in negative things. 
• Have passion and patience for your beloved one.
• Be organized then you will not be stressed.
• Drink water and sleep as much as you can and don't forget to remove your make-up before going to bed. 

Connect with Nature. 

At the first sign of spring, take a hike in the woods or a walk on the beach. In my case, United Arab Emirates is very nice from October- April. So, anyone who lives where it's cold, when the weather permits, go out and connect with nature.

Seasonal relaxation engages the senses. 

Express Your Creativity

All you need is a "little kid" coloring book with old favorite cartoon characters, an extra large box of crayons, and no artistic standards. And don't be afraid to color outside the lines! 

Camp Out

Close a day of active outdoor activity with star watching and singing around the campfire. Appreciate the fresh air and night sounds from the cocoon of calm inside your tent. 

Make Peace with Your Past

Cultivating forgiveness is complex. Forgive yourself for any regrets, but don't force yourself into a resolution. Forgiveness will help you let go of guilt, anger, anxiety, and fear. Remember - you are more affected by negative feelings and memories than the other person involved.

What is Dua? 
Literally the word Dua means “to call upon.” In Islam Dua or supplication means to address Allah (SWT) with praise, thanksgiving, hope, and to mention one’s needs. In English it is also referred to as “Prayer.”

O Allah! (God)You are my Lord. There is no deity except You. You are my Creator and I am your creature. I try to keep my covenant with You and to live in the hope of Your promise as well as I can. I seek refuge in You from my own evil deeds. I acknowledge Your favours to me; and I acknowledge my sins. Forgive me my sins, for there is no one who can forgive sins except You

اللهم أنت ربي, لا إله إلا أنت , خلقتني وأنا عبدك, وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ماستطعت, أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت, أبوء لك بنعمتك علي و أبوء بذنبي فاغفر لي, فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت

Allah! (God) I seek refuge in You from worry and sorrow. I seek refuge in You from impotence and sloth, from stinginess and cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and from being humbled by men

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن ، وأعوذ بك من العجز والكسل ، وأعوذ بك من الجبن والبخل ، وأعوذ بك من غلبة الدين وقهر الرجال

O Allah! (God) Grant health to my body. O Allah (God) grant health to my hearing. O Allah! (God) Grant health to my sight. There is no deity except You.

الله عافني في بدني ، اللهم عافني في سمعي ، اللهم عافني في بصري
